Onwashday, I start with a scalp cleanser to help get the buildup off my sensitive scalp.

Then I use a rinse-out conditioner on my ends and step out of the shower to apply products.

I use a combination of finger raking and the praying hands method as an utility technique.

I love diffusing my hair, but on an everyday basis it’s usually just a wash ‘n go.

I love to finish dried hair with a smoothing oil for extra shine or hair spray for extra hold.

I deep condition my hair every 1.5 to 2 weeks.

Before stepping out of the shower, I apply a leave-in conditioner and curl cream.

If I’ll be wearing my hair down, I will apply a gel on top of the leave-in.

I work out throughout the week, so I wash my hair three to four times a week.

If my scalp is feeling or smelling oily, I cleanse my scalp with asulfate-free cleanser.

Once detangled, I squish water into my conditioner-coated locks for about a minute to give it some hydration.

Then I squeeze excess moisture out of my hair using a microfiber towel.

If I need to be somewhere, I’ll diffuse my hair until it’s dry.

If I’m just going to be at home, I stick to air drying.

I wash my hair twice a week with shampoo and conditioner; currently, Im using Moroccanoil.

The hairstylists already use [a lot of product] in my hair during work.

Doing this every week or so makes my hair look thick and shiny.
