Should I use chemical or physical sunscreen?
Though chemical formulas tend to have a more transparent finish than mineral SPFs, they can irritate the skin.
So, if you have sensitive skin, you’ll want to consider a physical formulation.
“I usually recommend physical blockers during pregnancy that are not chemical-based,” she said.
“That’s basically your zinc [oxide] and your titanium [dioxide].”
