“I have a very set routine of how I like to do my hair,” says Silva.

Her weekly, day-to-day routine remains the exact same, the only difference is the curling iron.

The same “formulaic” method is purposefully present for her hair, too.

“We’re looking at content constantly,” explains Silva.

So I’m not using a different shampoo because then it’s like, ‘Is it the shampoo?

Or is it the curling iron?

Is it the finishing oil or is it the curling iron?’

That’s the hard part, especially when it comes tocurling your hair it’s not always intuitive.

That, in my opinion, is the most important aspect.

There’s certainly an investment that needs to go into buying it.

It’s not at the same price point as picking something up, like alip gloss.

Is it going to damage their hair?

Are there things they need to be worried about?'"

“Is It Viral, or Is It Good?”

“For me, I’m always thinking, ‘Is it viralor is it good?’

Or is it actually a really good product and it can last over time?'”

I’m always very cognizant of that.

Because like I said, especially with something like a curling iron, they’re not cheap.
