Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, brain fogthis didnt sound like a party.

I figured Id skip it.

Then I had another one.

And thenI think you know where this is goingI had another one.

My master plan had failed!

But this didnt mean I was going to go sweatily into that bad night.

Well, last spring she had the nerve to retire early.

This turned out to be only four months before my hot flashes came on like a vengeful ex.

I was very lucky to find a bona fide expert.)

My patchisa little miracle.
