Louisiana Now Requires Textured Hair Training for All Cosmetologists

The Louisiana Board of Cosmetology has passed a resolution that requires all licensing exams to have a section on how to cut textured hair. Louisiana is officially the first state in the United States to pass a resolution of this nature.
