Mariah Carey’s Throwback Curls Have Got Me Feeling Emotions

The legendary singer did something she does only every now and then these days: She wore her hair in the voluminous curls we all fell in love with when she first hit the music scene as a solo star in the early ‘90s. The honey-colored ringlets with brighter blonde highlights cascaded over her shoulders, reaching down to her waist. She wore a cute, beige headband, but it didn’t keep a few tendrils from falling over her chic sunglasses.
