Romeo Santos:I take a stab at getfacialsat least once a month.

And this is religion: I attempt to drink a lot of water.

At least a gallon a day.

I do it for many reasons, but I’ve heard that it also helps with your skin.

Exercise and do whatever it is that you like doing best.

Some people prefer running.

Some like playing basketball.

Just do whatever you might that complements you.

Allure: Now that you’re into your early 40s, do you take care of yourself directly health-wise?

RS:Honestly, I think I’m in better shape at 41 than I was in my 20s.

That had a lot to do with the running that I added to my routine.

Before I would lift a lot of weights, but never really did any pop in of cardio.

I changed that within the last 7 or 8 years of my life.

It’s probably the best thing that I’ve done.

I run a lot.

Allure:How do you feel to still be holding the title of sex symbol after all these years?

Clearly at the time, I was also lacking confidence.

I was finding myself.

You build that confidence.

When you first believe it, thats the first stage of getting others to jump on the bandwagon.

Allure: What was the experience like to work with Justin Timberlake in “Sin Fin”?

RS:You know this was probably the biggest factor to make thisFormula, Vol.

I had Usher inVol.

1, I had Drake inVol.

I always had JT on my bucket list.

It was a surreal moment to the studio to be collaborating with someone that I truly idolize.

It’s just an honor.

He was very hands-on in the production as well.

I wanted it to feel like a JT record as well.

Allure: Your three sons are a part of the album’s intro.

What’s life been like balancing being a father and a global star?

RS:You know this is probably the best stage of my personal life.

I get to enjoy three of my sons in three different chapters in their lives.

My oldest that I enjoy on a competitive note, you know playing basketball.

That for me is probably the best chapter that I can enjoy with my oldest.

With the youngest two, each one is gradually learning and adapting.

My life is this, music, and first my family.

[His baby babbles in the background of our interview.]

you could hear this?

Allure: In 2014’sFormula, Vol.

Do you have a message for them?

We need to promote more love and less hate.

I love everyone and I have a special bond with people that support me.

Homophobia in this day and age is just corny.

My message is to just continue to promote love.

Allure: Whats coming up for you next?

RS:This is basically the beginning of a new era for me.

I can tell you this is the end cycle of theFormulas.

It’s a very intense process.

The trilogy ends here.

I’m eager to do other things musically speaking.
