Setting Up The Sauna Blanket
The setup was very straightforward.
The instructions advise wearing clothes when inside as a protective layer between you and the heat.
I quickly realized why this tip was specifically noted.
I started at seven.
It takes about 10 minutes for the blanket to heat up.
Within about 10 minutes of being inside, I could feel sweat dripping off of me.

When I hopped out, I had a big glass of water ready to drink and rehydrate.
And that proof was right there on the blanket.
Cleanup is pretty easy.
After my initial wipe down I sprayed the blanket down with disinfectant spray and then did another wipe.
The instructions say to leave the blanket open for at least 30 minutes to air out.
Afterward, I rolled the blanket back up and stashed it in a corner of my room.
It’s compact enough to slide under a bed, too, if you want it tucked away.
