Boy, did they deliver: They got real about plastic surgery, Botox, and their favorite fillers.
Every loose wave and smoky eye you see is self-made, so these product recommendations are the real deal.

Anna, 61
On her skin-care routine:In the morning.
I don’t wash my face with a cleanser.
I use a cold water rinse.
Ricky Middlesworth
I let it air dry.
And then I use my favorite splurge product, which is byNatura Bisse.
It tightens my skin and moisturizes and just feels fantastic.
Ricky Middlesworth
It has SPF 20.
It goes on silky and smooth and has very light coverage.
And then I put it in a little jar.
So it acts as an exfoliant.
And also:Chanel lip gloss.
A littlelip glossis ageless.
Ricky Middlesworth
On her biggest beauty splurge:Every year I do one piece ofplastic surgery.
Do I recommend it for everybody?
This is just what I like to do.
Ricky Middlesworth
I love being a girl and I do like looking good on the outside.
It is a reflection of my inside, which I am always working on.
The year before that I think I had a little lift here [along the jawline].
Ricky Middlesworth
Right now Im doingEndymed[radio-frequency body tightening] to lift my tush.
I also dofillers[in my face].
Well, this [solves that].
Ricky Middlesworth
It’s calledLAnge Le Volume 2-in-1 Titanium Blow Dryer Brush.
So you know how second day hair is always better?
Well, you don’t have to wait for the second day.
I tried topicals and they just didn’t work.
So I had to go tolaserslike IPL and Vbeam.
The other thing I do once a year is Botox and maybe some filler.
Ricky Middlesworth
I might do some fillers around my lips and my cheeks, a little bit around my eyes.
The fillers I use are not the ones that give you instant gratification.
They’re ones likeSculptra, which take a while to work.
Ricky Middlesworth
But they help build collagen and they last longer and they’re just more natural.
And those are the ones that I choose to use.
I want to look good for my age, but I don’t want to look overdone.
On the beauty treatment she swears by:I think its really important to get a good facialist.
They should be able to make [treatment] recommendations for you.
Ill go to mine and I’ll say, what do I need?
Ricky Middlesworth
And it might be a brighteningfacial, it might be a moisturizing one.
We all go through different things in our life, and our environments [change].
A good facialist will tell you what to do.
Ricky Middlesworth
I get a facial at least two times a month.
Edith, 60
On her beauty must-have:I swear byaloe vera.
I love to put it on my hair, style my hair with it.
Ricky Middlesworth
I put it on my face, too.
I give myself a very good massage on my neck and face every morning.
But it makes a very big difference in my face.
So I wish I would’ve used sunscreen my whole life.
Superscreen Daily Moisturizer SPF 40.
I really like it because it goes on clear instead of white and cakey.
I confirm they don’t do too much so I have all my movement.
But then I get it and about a week later I’m like, Wow, I love that.
So that’s my big splurge.
Ricky Middlesworth
On her hair-care routine:At this point, I’m dyeing my hair every four weeks.
I likeAGEbeautiful by Zotos Professional dye it’s so easy to mix and apply all by myself.
It doesn’t make a mess.
Ricky Middlesworth
Ive used it for two decades.
I do not like to havegray rootsat all.
On the best beauty tip she learned while filming:Theresa turned me on tomicrocurrent she swears by it.
And I’m telling you, Theresa doesn’t have a wrinkle on her face.
So I just purchased [a machine from] Ever Tone.
I’ve used it a few times.
I’m not used to doing it yet, so I need to get into the habit.
Apparently its supposed to stimulate collagen and do all kinds of good things for you.
So we’ll see if that works.
I absolutely love them.
The great thing is you wake up in the morning and you look gorgeous.
You don’t have to put any mascara on; you’re ready to go.
Ricky Middlesworth
On her beauty must-have: Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatmentis the bomb.
It starts out green and when you tap it on, [it becomes the color of foundation].
Dont smear it on, this is something thats meant to be patted.
Ricky Middlesworth
I can hide even that with this.
On her skin-care routine:My skin-care routine is pretty basic.
I put on a light layer in the morning and let it sink for about five minutes before makeup.
Ive been using it for decades.
They’re blonde anyway, and then they started to get thinner.
That’s a technique that’s kind of like tattooing.
But they use itty-bitty brushstrokes, so it looks completely natural.
And microblading has just been a godsend.
I wake up in the morning and I have eyebrows.
Ricky Middlesworth
On her beauty must-have:I’m not a huge fan of fake eyelashes.
I’ve never had great success with them.
[So instead] Ive been usingLatissefor years.
It makes my eyelashes a lot thicker and they grow a lot longer.
Pick one of the three things: bold lips, highlighted cheekbones, or smoky eyes.
If you do all three, none of them stand out.
And a toner andeye cream.
So spend the time to spoil yourself and get a mask on and relax.
The sun is not your friend.
Ricky Middlesworth
The sun will wreak havoc on your face.
There’s just no other way to say it.
So use that sunscreen and reapply it during the day.
Ricky Middlesworth
Also, wear a hat and sunglasses.
I got some of the other girls in the house to really like it, too.
I would hide it behind a blackboard and we all would use it whenever we needed it.
Ricky Middlesworth
We all have such different beauty routines, and I took little pieces of everyones [with me].
When I got home I would think, Oh, April does this and Susan does that.
But it does help the lines on my forehead.
I also splurge on [grooming] my eyebrows because they have a mind of their own.
On her makeup must-haves:I’ve been usingBenefit Hoola Matte Bronzerfor years and years and years.
I just love it.
I also useRodan + Fields Radiant Defense Perfecting Liquid SPF 30 in Honey.
I love that it goes on so nicely and it’s so natural looking.
Plus it’s got SPF in it.
And she hugged me.
I was so young, I didn’t know how important lipstick was to me then.
On her skin-care routine:My skin-care routine is pretty basic.

On the beauty lesson she wishes shed learned 20 years ago:Watch out for your skin.
And keep your face out of the sun.
Im a fanatic about that now.
If youre going to sunbathe, wear a visor or a hat [in addition to sunscreen].
I’m lucky that I have my hair back even though it’s thinner than it was.
But the eyebrows really make the face, so I did microblading.
The initial appointment is a little costly, but it’s so worth it.
I go back yearly now for touch-ups.
But I’m not ready to go that route.
I just want to look healthy.
And I still think I can make that happen on my own.
But you know what?
It’s not just cute.
It really saves your hair from going into the makeup.
Before, I used to do my makeup with my hair flying in my face.
Those are my quick fixes in the morning.
I spray it right down my part and boom, I’m done.
It saves me a lot of trips to the salon.
I also love a good dry shampoo likePureology Style + Protect Refresh & Go Dry Shampoo.
It gives you a little bit of lift in your hair and means less washing.
The other thing would be a temporary tan for the body.Sally Hansen Airbrush Legsis an easy-to-use one.

Anywhere I am, I am never without my petroleum jelly.
At 75 years old, I don’t have the typical creases that form around the lips.
I am pretty doggone sure that has to do with using petroleum jelly 24/7.
My go-to product isSkinCeuticals CE Ferulic.
Then I apply a moisturizer, which is so important.
But more than that, it’s important that you always use an SPF.
Always even on an overcast day.
I thought, Whoa, is that me?
I’m just not into makeup.
Sometimes less is more.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
I don’t wear foundation unless I’m on camera.
My routine is lipstick, maybe a little blush, maybe some shadow.
